What happens to your brief
9th House Games, Bengaluru ·
This page covers the brief form on this site and nothing else. We are a small studio run by Rohan Kulkarni. We use what you send to reply to you, and for nothing else.
What the form collects
Only what you type into it: your name (optional), work email, company, website or store link (optional), who you are (publisher, game studio, brand or agency, founder, other), the game in a line, the platforms, when you want a first build, and your budget range. We also record the time you sent it and the country your connection comes from, which Cloudflare tells our server. We do not record your IP address.
Where it is stored
In a database on Cloudflare (D1), which also hosts this website.
Who sees it
Rohan. When a brief arrives, a message with its contents goes to his phone so he can reply. Nobody else reads it and we do not sell it or share it.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it.
Deleting your brief
Email rohan@9thhouse.io from the address you used and say "delete my brief". We will delete it and write back to confirm.
Cookies and trackers
None. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. The pages keep one small flag in your browser tab (session storage) so the opening animation plays once per visit. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and goes when you close the tab. The site loads its fonts and scripts from itself, not from other companies. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps ordinary server logs of requests, as any host does.
